Season 3 of UNFRAME THE BRAIN opens up new perspectives
on neurodiversity, language, and systemic thinking.

The podcast emerged from a rebranding –

and a growing responsibility in content, format, and impact.

From this season on, the podcast is designed
as a multilingual format – creating access for an international audience.
It reflects a neurodivergent lived reality shaped by spectrums such as
autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and many other forms of embodied diversity.

Season 3 is modular in structure, offering space for
depth, sensory processing, and reflection.

Each episode reveals how systems, contexts, and structures
shape our lives –and invites listeners to unframe the way we think.

FORMATS AT A GLANCE:

#1 NEURO LEAD

NEURO LEAD is the format for
leaders and entrepreneurs who want to rethink responsibility.

Carrying responsibility, creating clarity, guiding decisions.

This format shows how leadership works when perception, communication,
and decision-making are not shaped by normative expectations.

NEURO LEAD makes visible how neurodivergent perspectives
define leadership in a contemporary way.

#2 CULTURE SCAN

This format strategically analyses collective patterns, norms,
values, behaviour, and language within organisations, teams, or scenes.

It decodes actual organisational culture, makes implicit codes visible, and offers
effective courses of action beyond outdated mission statements and guiding ideals.

#3 NEURO ATHLETE

Stimulus processing as high performance.
This format turns bodily signals into a strategic asset and, as an
early warning system, saves money, injuries, and nervous energy.

Performance thresholds are recognised earlier, recovery can be
adjusted more precisely, and careers are extended.

Many injuries do not happen in the muscle, but in the system.

#4 GLOBAL MATCH

This is the strategic format for international profiles, logics of origin, and identity navigation.
It shows how people act resonantly across different ways of living, social structures, and work logics.
The format provides orientation and connection in new countries, systems, and roles.

A look at language, terminology, politics,
and culture in the global neurodivergent context.

#5 NEURO REALITY

This is the most fact-based format within UNFRAME THE BRAIN.
It offers clear classification and analysis around neurodiversity, normative pressure, structural
barriers, and systemic misconceptions. Grounded, evidence-based, precise, with studies,
conceptual clarification, language critique, and social and institutional impact.

It shows how perception is shaped, behaviour is steered, and decisions are influenced.

#6 NEURO HEALTH

NEURO HEALTH is the format for mental health with depth and precision.
It sorts out what belongs to mental health, how depression, burnout, anxiety, and exhaustion differ
from neurodivergence, and how everyday life, work, background, and relationships shape these experiences.

Each episode connects experience with guidelines, studies, and
clearly identified sources, responsibly, thoughtfully, and accessibly.

#7 BORN OFF SCRIPT

This format opens biographical contexts, lines of origin, and personal structures.
BORN OFF SCRIPT is the format for neurodivergent children and the adults who accompany them.

Early imprinting matters. It focuses on what happens when children do not fit the mould, and on how
we stop trying to make them fit. With clear observations, experience-based reflections,
and contributions from international experts that point to one core truth:

what is needed is not control, but relationship.

#8 NEURO CREATION

This format stands for strategic design, brand identity, and the systemic effect of space.
It shows how colours, shapes, materials, sounds, light, and atmosphere determine brands
rather than merely decorate them. The format decodes how environments influence
customer experience, organisational identity, and economic impact
in ways that are lasting, emotional, and tangible.

#9 NEURO NATURE

This format turns its attention to ecological structures.
It shows how animals, plants, and landscapes act as co-regulators for neurodivergent
nervous systems, not metaphorically, but biologically. Neurodivergent profiles in contact with
earth, water, wind, animals, trees, and climate, and their interplay with neurodivergent perception.

#10 NEURO TRAVEL

This format explores how travel, inwardly and outwardly,
changes perception, breaks open structures, and creates new points of access.

A change of place creates a change of perspective. At its centre are sensory environments,
orientation, and the question: what stabilises, what challenges?

The format offers practical knowledge for anyone who wants to make travel structures more predictable,
for themselves, for companions, or for organisers.

#11 IN YOUR NEURO FACE

This format creates visibility and representation for young neurodivergent perspectives.
Children, teens, and young adults speak for themselves here, honestly, directly, and without adaptation.

Their contributions show how young neurodivergent people appear in public, how they are read,
and how they show themselves, have to show themselves, or want to show themselves.

#12 VOICES OFF SCRIPT

The guest conversation format for thinking in multiple voices.
Experts and relevant voices for a neurodivergent and diverse society.

The focus is on shared questions, shared experiences, collective understanding, and constructive ideas.

Biographical and system-relevant.

#13 SENSITIVE AF

This format provides an on-point platform for
linguistic sharpness and structural critique: clear, direct, unmistakable.

Straight talk from sensory openness. In a poetry-slam style,
SENSITIVE AF gives people from the spectrum room to let it out.
What needs to come out sometimes needs to come out.
Unvarnished and unmasked.

#14 PROFILE SCAN

This format offers concrete access to personality profiles,
motives for action, and roles within systems.

Profiling as a method:
how can human behaviour be read in context?
A close look at patterns, attitudes, affects, word choice, speed, and reaction.

Precise, analytical, practice-oriented.
