UNFRAME THE BRAIN
is a podcast about neurodiversity – and about how differently
people think, feel, decide, and communicate.
Neurodiversity refers to the spectrum of neurological functioning.
It includes everyone – with or without a diagnosis.
Some brains work in straight lines, others in leaps. Some process language
through meaning, others through mood, rhythm, or structure.
Neurodiversity isn’t a special case – it’s the baseline.
In every space. In every team. In every family.
UNFRAME THE BRAIN
makes this diversity audible.
Seasons 1 and 2 focus on personal perspectives:
conversations with people with ADHD, synesthesia,
heightened sensory awareness, and similar profiles –
sharing how they experience life, in school, work, relationships, and society.
They show what happens
when daily expectations clash with one’s own logic –
and what becomes possible when systems are understood,
not just obeyed.
These seasons are currently available in German only.
With Season 3, the podcast expands both in scope and language –
now also in English and Italian.
Conversations step back, and new storytelling forms move in:
deep-dive analysis, shifts in perspective, language impulses, and context knowledge.
Across 14 distinct formats,
episodes explore topics like
leadership, language, decision-making, culture, design,
regulation, mobility, belonging, and invisibility.
And they ask: How can neurodivergent perspectives offer
orientation, resolve misunderstandings, and initiate change?
Let’s UNFRAME THE BRAIN.
I’m Janet Braun – Profile Analyst.
Since 2008, I’ve worked at the intersection of behavior, structure, and language.
I support people and systems who shape the world:
businesses, organizations, cultural spaces, associations,
individuals, families – and everyone seeking a stronger profile.
My tools? Precise observation, analytical depth, and language that creates orientation.
I identify as neurodivergent.
That perspective informs how I see, work, and speak.
It generates clarity – in thought, in systems, in contact.
The podcast UNFRAME THE BRAIN is part of that work.
I launched it in 2020 under the name SENSITIV ERFOLGREICH, driven by one insight:
Neurodiversity is everywhere – and rarely understood. Awareness is not optional – it’s essential.
This podcast makes tangible what my profiling makes possible:
understanding context, evolving language, decoding dynamics.
Season 3 reflects the full spectrum of my work:
through 14 distinct podcast formats,
I explore development paths and structural processes across all of my fields –
leadership, culture, embodiment, public discourse, nature,
communication, mobility, decision-making, and more.
It reveals what becomes possible when we think and implement neurodiversity systemically.
I design inclusive concepts, guide transformation processes, deliver
workshops, give talks, and create spaces for difference.
What you hear here is lived practice –
structured, professional, and radically accessible.
